  • No Cancellations After Production Starts: Custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

  • Turnaround Time: Processing times vary depending on order volume and complexity. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

  • Customer Provided Information: We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (including spelling, dates, or design instructions).
